If an item is damaged or faulty , please notify us within 7 days of receipt by ringing 0417 343 802. Return the goods by mail or in person to Alittle pocket 6 Yertchuk ave Ashwood Vic 3147 and we will replace or refund any faulty products and pay for the return freight, on receipt and evaluation of the goods by Alittle pocket and its manufacturer. Please include written documenation as to what is wrong with your item.
If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we will gladly exchange your purchase within 14 days of the delivery date. All items must be returned in their original conditions and packaging for a exchange to be processed. Please return items and receipt to: Alittle pocket, 6 Yertchuk ave, Ashwood, Vic, Australia 3147. Alternatively you can return the goods to our boutique. If an exchange of a certain item can not be made then we will be happy to issue a credit note of the value of that item. Please note, all exchanges not due to quality must be sent with a self addressed pre-paid envelope.
