Our prized chai blend combines the natural goodness of tea with a delicious selection of exotic spices including cinnamon, ginger and clove. A comforting cup that is wonderfully warming in winter.
Directions: Add 1 teaspoon per cup into either a teapot or infuser cup. Add boiling water and infuse for 2-3 minutes. Remove tea leaves and enjoy. For a latte experience add milk.

How do I know my order is shipped?
Once your order is confirmed by email it is processed by our warehouse and despatch department.
The items are enclosed safely in a satchel/box with your personal invoice.
Your address is printed onto the packaging and collected from us personally by the carriers. We will email you a shipping confirmation email containing what you ordered, where it is going to as well as the tracking number and a link to the carrier's site.
How will my order be shipped?
We understand the need to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. With our network of couriers and postal services, we can offer the best option for you dependant on size, weight and speed of delivery.
In Australia our main carriers are Australia Air Express & Australia Post eParcel, together accessing every corner of the country.
For large and bulky items we entrust TNT and Australia Post eParcel, ensuring a safe door to door service for you.
For our International Orders we entrust UPS and International Air MAil, together being able to access all over the world.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Postage for international shipping is calculated by Australia Post and is based on destination, weight and cubic size.
What happens if my items get lost in the mail?
The first thing to do is contact the carrier your order was sent with and quote your tracking number that was sent to you in your confirmation email. If your items are unable to be located by the carrier, we will lodge an enquiry from our end.

What happens if an item is missing from my order?
Sometimes, orders can be sent in multiple satchels/boxes as they may have not fit in just one. Please contact our Customer Service Department to check if this is the case. If in the rare chance we have missed an item off your order we will arrange to have a replacement sent straight away.
What happens if I receive an incorrect item?
If you receive an incorrect item on your order, please contact our Customer Service Department straight away and we will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you. We will also arrange or reimburse for return postage of the incorrect item.
Do you deliver to PO Box Address?
We can deliver to any Po Box Address in Australia and Internationally.
Can you deliver to my work address?
Yes, we can deliver to your place of work. Please ensure to include the Business Name in the shipping of your order so the delivery driver can find you easily.

Returns must be in as new condition with tags attached unless faulty and faulty goods will be dealt with as per the manufacturer's warranty. We recommend sending returns via registered post as we do not accept responsibility for lost items and unfortunately Gift cards and promo codes cannot be applied to exchanges. We are so confident in our tea’s that if you do not like the tea blend that you receive, return it to us and we will exchange it with another blend (same value) for free. Exchanges under the Love It Guarantee must be made within 7 days from date of purchase.
Exchanging a Tea under the 'Love It Guarantee' is simple:
Email: exchange@blossomblends.com.au with invoice number, why you would like to exchange your tea and which tea you would like to exchange it for.
Post: Post your tea back to us at: Love It Guarantee – Exchange, PO Box 657, Paddington, NSW, 2021. We recommend sending returns via registered post as we do not accept responsibility for lost items
We will then send a tin of your preferred tea (subject to availability) to you free of charge under our Love It Guarantee.
