Items can be exchanged if returned with proof of purchase, are unused and in their original condition.
Again, the first thing you need to do is contact Collection of Cool to register your exchange. Collection of Cool must be notified of the exchange within 7 days of you receiving the original goods.
The shipping cost for returning goods is the responsibility of the customer (you). We will dispatch exchanged (new) goods once original goods have been received by Collection of Cool.
