Delivery timeframes are posted on each and every product page for you to see prior to order.
If that time has passed and you still have not received your order you should contact your seller by chatting to them beneath the order on your dashboard (just click the order number and a chat box will appear) or you can contact the seller concerned by using the "ask a seller" button on their store front or the product page.
We are happy for you to email us about an order but we ask you to make contact with the seller first, as they can provide a quicker response.
Our sellers are chosen and approved based on their fabulous customer service and products and will reply promptly. However, we are always there for you should you need us.
