For your Christmas orders the deadline for post to Australia is 10 December 2012, for New Zealand is 19 December 2012, South PAcific, East Asia, North America, UK and Europe is 3 December 2012 and the rest of the world is 30 November 2012. Make sure you get your orders in before those dates to make your stockings prettier.

As we're based in beautiful New Zealand, so we send all orders to Australia via International Air, which has a delivery target of 3 – 10 working days. This service does not have a tracking order, if you wish your item to be tracked please contact us and we can provide you with a cost. All New Zealand orders get sent via tracked post, with a delivery target of 1 -3 days.
We'll always aim to post your item within three working days and to package safely so you can love them, stroke them and be delighted by them. We send airmail and while NZ Post says it takes 3 - 10 working days, they do not guarantee this and sometimes mister postman is a little slow. We are sorry if this happens but we are not responsible for delays in delivery. We don't track our orders because you don't want to have to pay and arm and a leg and airmail keeps the costs down. Should an order not arrive after 4 weeks of being sent, please let us know and we'll send your order again at our cost. If the original order does arrive we ask that you post it back.
