International orders are shipped via the US Postal Service's first class mail, from the United States. This economical shipping service helps makes international orders much more affordable. However, this service does not include package tracking. Shipping times can vary from country to country, with 2-3 weeks being typical, barring any delays when clearing customs. Many international orders do not experience delays and spend only 1-2 weeks in the mail. However, when delays do occur they can cause the package to take several extra weeks to arrive. I am not responsible for these delays and they are beyond my control. I ask that you please consider requesting package tracking being added to your international order. If you do not opt to purchase this additional service, than I ask that you please be patient if your order does not immediately arrive.
Except in the case of shipping being upgraded to Express International Mail, which is a guaranteed 3-5 business day delivery service, I do not guarantee the arrival dates of any international orders and will not issue refunds or send replacements for orders that experience delays beyond my control.

Every pair of thongs is made to order to the customers' specifications and we do not stock or sell pre-made imprinted thongs. For this reason refunds are typically not accepted. If an error, on ourpart, has occurred in the design of the flip flops, or the wrong flip flops used, than the flip flops can be replaced with a correct pair.
We do not issue refunds, or send replacements, for flip flops that are delayed in the mail or when clearing customs.
