We want to thank you, our amazing customers and sellers, who have been a part of the Hardtofind journey over the last 16 years (since 2008!) who have made our beautiful gifting marketplace what it is today. We have loved bringing you unique and one-of-a-kind gifts from makers near and far.
Unfortunately, in light of the current economic climate, we have made the difficult decision to pause operations on all our marketplaces for the foreseeable future including Hardtofind, Women's Weekly & Home Beautiful. As of 27th December 2024, we will not be taking any more orders on any of these marketplaces. Please refer to our FAQs below for customer and seller specific questions.
While we are closing our doors for now, we remain hopeful that this is not goodbye forever. Thank you for being part of this journey with us.

What about my order I’ve just placed?
All orders up until 27th December 2024 will be processed as normal and you will receive your tracking information once the seller has dispatched your order. If you have any questions about order changes or returns, please refer to our FAQs.

What is my Returns Policy?
Our 30 day returns policy remains the same as it always was. You have a 30-day window from the date of receipt to return any item for any reason*. In case of a faulty item, we'll either need photo evidence or we'll provide you with a prepaid return package to send it back to the seller. See FAQs for more detail.
Seller Enquires
What does this mean for me as a seller?
As of 27th December 2024, we will no longer be taking any customer orders on the Hardtofind platform. However, the Seller Admin Portal remains live till 15th February so that you can continue to ship any remaining orders or download your billing/order information.
All orders shipped before 30th December 2024 will be paid by 15th January 2025.
