Make Me Iconic uses international postal services to deliver products outside of Australia. Just remember that you may be liable for customs duties in your own country. Delivery of products within Australia we use Australia Post and/or Fastway Couriers.
Australia wide - all deliveries must be signed for. Risk and title in the product will pass to you - upon you, or any other person in attendance at the delivery address, signing for receipt of the product. If there is no one at the delivery address to receive the product, the product will be taken by the courier company and a calling card will be left on your doorstep. WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ITEM TO ARRIVE?
Make Me Iconic will use reasonable endeavours to arrange despatch of your items within 48 hours of you submitting your purchase with us.
Expected delivery times are:
1. for international deliveries, within 14 working days; and
2. within Australia, within 3-4 working days.

If you do not receive your order by the specified date, please contact us on sales@makemeiconic.com and we will do whatever we can to get it to you.
Cushion Covers
We can also send cushion covers overseas with no insert. Cushion covers cost $65 with no insert.

RETURNS INFO
We will gladly refund or exchange any returns received within 7 days of receipt. But you must notify us online before you make a return or your return may not be processed. Please contact us with the subject "return" via the ask a seller button on product page. Please include your full name, transaction id and the reason for your return.
We’ll get back to you within 24 hours with a returns address and info. Please repack the item(s) and include your full name, transaction id and whether you would like a refund or an exchange (if exchange, please include the item name). You then need to return the package to a post office counter. Remember to obtain and keep a certificate of postage from the post office since this will act as your proof of delivery.
Refunds/exchanges are processed in 2-3 working days after receipt.
