each tag is individually handmade using white clay so no two tags are the same & will differ slightly to the pictured item.
each tag is left unsealed to give the gorgeous rustic clay charm i absolutely adore!

mud by nest aims to hand make each tag & package it with tlc, if for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me via Down that Little Lane within 3days of receiving your items & we can work something out.
Any refunds will be issued in the same manner as payment was made {minus shipping charges} as long as the item is returned in the same condition it was shipped, in the same packaging.
Refunds will not be given if you have simply changed your mind or ordered the incorrect item.
