Your order should arrive within the Australia Post stipulated time frame for Parcel Plus parcels (see www.auspost.com.au for details). Deliveries to the rest of the world can take up to 2 to 3 weeks.

In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged please contact us email and we will organise a replacement (where possible) or refund for you.
