Hospital Deliveries
Please phone the hospital first to confirm the patients name, if they are a public or private patient and if they will be in hospital when the hamper is due to arrive.
Delivery Charges
Australia wide Cost - $11.00
We will endeavor to deliver your hamper as soon as possible after ordering. In most cases we will be able to deliver the next business day if your order is placed by 12.30pm. During busy and peak times please allow 2-4 business days for delivery. Country areas will take a few days longer.

We take great pride in our products, and we hope you're delighted with your purchase from Signed Sealed Delivered
But if for any reason you aren't completely satisfied, you can return the items for an exchange or refund within 10 days of purchase. Items must be returned to Signed Sealed Delivered in the original condition, unused, unworn, together with packaging and labels intact. Please email us before dispatching your item.
If your gift has been damaged prior to receipt, we will replace items accordingly or refund the credit card used to the value of the damaged goods. Just repack the item in its original packaging, if possible, and return to sender.
