At Splashes Of Colour we always aim to keep delivery charges to a minimum. As we are based in Sydney, Australia, self collection is available from Willoughby free of charge. Please email us to arrange a time for your collection and we will reimburse you our delivery fee!
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars and are exclusive of shipping.
Alternatively, Fastway Couriers is the carrier we use for the majority of our shipments so all shipments can b tracked via a billing number. When ordering our products via Down That Little Lane we charge a flat fee of either $9.95 or $5.00 for delivery depending on the product. If more than one item is purchased in a single transaction then only the first item is charged the shipping fee. Fastway Couriers places restrictions on some parcels so if the weight of your order incurs a higher delivery fee you will be notified by one of our staff prior to dispatch.
We aim to have all orders dispatched within 3 working days of receiving them. If your order has not been delivered within 10 working days please contact us and we will advise of its estimated delivery. If you are not at the shipping address when the parcel is delivered Fastway Couriers will leave a card detailing arrangements on how you can organise one re-delivery free of charge. When the delivery is made by courier, arrangements for pick-up or subsequent drop off will be as per the courier contract made with Splashes Of Colour at the time of booking.

All sales are final however we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are unhappy with your goods when you receive them please contact us within 7 days to arrange for an exchange. We will happily replace your item on receipt of the original goods, however additional postage charges will apply.
Although extreme care is taken with the packaging of your products, if upon delivery your item is damaged or defective we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you. Original delivery charges are not refundable. However if you simply change your mind or are not happy with your purchase the item(s) are returned to us at the customer’s own cost and risk. Once received back we will refund in full the purchase price of the goods (excluding delivery charges).
