The Family Love Tree understands the difficulty in inspecting a product when buying over the Internet. As we would like you to feel confident purchasing with us we are prepared to accept returns under the following circumstances.
In the event that the product does not meet your expectations it must be returned, unused within 14 days of receiving the goods. Postage and handling in this situation is non refundable, however you will receive a full refund of purchase price.
In the event that you have been the recipient of an unsuitable gift you may receive an exchange certificate valid for 6 months. In this case the item must be returned unused and in original packaging within 14 days of receiving the goods. You will need to pay the postage and handling costs involved in returning the product.
In the unforeseen event that you receive your goods in a faulty or damaged condition the faulty goods may be returned with a replacement arranged at no extra cost or a full refund accepted including postage and handling.
