where’s my order?

Delivery timeframes are posted on each and every product page for you to see prior to order.

If that time has passed and you still have not received your order you can either contact your store by chatting to them beneath the order on your dashboard (just click the order number and a message box will appear beneath) or you can contact the seller concerned by using the 'contact store' button on their store front or the product page.

We are happy for you to email us about an order but we ask you to make contact with the store you have purchased from first, as they can provide a quicker response.

Our sellers are chosen and approved based on their fabulous customer service and products and should reply promptly. However, we are always there for you should you need us.
