Endless hours have been spent traveling to little boutique stores and contacting sellers that have been heard about from a friend of a friend or on some tiny unknown blog. We have gathered them all in one place where you can shop from all sorts of different stores and then checkout in one easy payment.

We have selected only the best quality and know you will be over the moon with any purchase you make. Everything you buy from DTLL comes straight from the seller and that means we can create a website with an infinite amount of delicious and thoughtful items for you to give to all your loved ones.

The fact that so many of our sellers produce custom made items means you can personalise them with your own messages, names or pictures and create a one of a kind gift that will be treasured forever.

If sellers offer gift wrap then it comes for free and some often ship for free, some need to charge for shipping but you can check their individual pages for information on that

Delivery Fees

Each purchase comes direct from the seller so a fee per seller is standard. Charges and delivery times vary from seller to seller, but they will always be the best the seller can manage without compromising your items safety and speed of delivery.

There are times where parcels can get delayed, please be patient if this happens. I am sure the seller didn't want the hurricane to pass through either!!

Returns and Refunds

Most of our sellers will refund or exchange items within 14 days of receipt. They can't offer this on customised, perishable goods or earrings and personal items unless faulty. Please check their returns policy before ordering, as some custom-made items can’t be exchanged regardless of issue.

All returned items must be unused and in the original packaging. Please contact the store before your return to check the correct return address and be sure to keep proof of postage
